Exchange 2007, Entourage 11.3.6, error -18597

I'm having an Entourage problem though I'm not sure if it's with Entourage
2004 or Exchange 2007.

Server:
Exchange 2007

Mac:
OS X 10.4.x
Entourage 11.3.6

Problem:
I am persistently getting error -18597. I have read Microsoft Article ID
931350:

I have worked thru all variations of ID such using either the user ID or
full email address in the Account Settings.

Is there a checkbox or setting on Entourage ox Exchange 2007 that¹s not set
that will allow them to work together?

I had read that same tech note. I believe it¹s for an earlier Exch server.
Tried it anyway without success.

I knew this wouldn¹t be easy but no response is a bit disheartening.

Is there a number at Microsoft I should be calling to discuss this bug or
