exchange 2007 reconnect

Hello

UserA wanted UsersB mailbox. diabled both exchange mailbox and then
reconnect userB to userA. UsersA is prompted for userB AD login info.

the only way around this was to give userA sendas and full rights to
the userB mailfile.
Is there another way to fix it. ?

what will happen when the AD account for userB is deleted for AD?
