Hi, We have recently installed Exchange 2007 but still have all clients with
outlook 2003. At one of our depots the network cuts out occasionally and
when the user trys to log back into outlook 2003 they get the following
message "Unable to open your default email folders you must connect to your
MS Exchange server computer with the current profile before you can
syncrosise your folders with your offline file.
They regain network access and can see and use network files/folders at this
point but outlook will not connect. I tried removing the outlook profile
from PC and putting it back on. This is now spreading to about 10 users.
The only thing i see in the Exchange 2007 application event log is a message
about mapi 32 sessions being exceeded.
Any help urgently needed as users have no mailbox access. P.s. spoke to the
guy who did our exchange migration from 2003 to 2007 and he thinks the mapi
session message is not going to assist us.
