Exchange Account Settings Dissapear - New Setup Each Log-In

I have a new problem that started today which is STRANGE. I have an iMac and an Airbook...both running Office 2008 for two users: me and my wife.

Both of us are accessing our mail accounts on my company's Exchange Server.

In my wife's account on the iMac, each time she logs in, Entourage acts as if it is a completely new set-up with no previous account...it acts essentially as if she is a new user.

This ONLY happens in the one client account on our iMac...both of my accounts on the two macs and her account on the AirBook perform just fine.

I am at a total loss as to why!

it looks like the database is badly corrupted. You could try to repair
it, but since you have to re-setup and download everything anyway, I
would be tempted to simply trash it and let Entourage create a fresh new
one from scratch.

Since you're using Leopard this sounds to me like your wife is logging
in to the Guest account, which by default does not save any settings.

I am setting up Entourage on a new macbook running leopard. I am trying to connect to my school district email with an exchange server. I can't find exchange as an option. I am using Office 2004.
Any suggestions?
