Exchange/Active Directory Integration for business card images

Our organization maintains employee photos for use on badges and company
websites. These are linked to Active Directory.

Given Outlooks ability to store an image within a business card/contact,
does any functionality exist within Active Directory and Exchange/Outlook to
automatically display the senders image 'without' creating a local business
card and attaching an image manually? We'd like to automatically include
employee image on each email as it arrives to help others get to know each
other.
