Exchange: Addressbook synced, but can't access it in the "New E-Mail"window...

Hello there!
I set up my Entourage to connect to our Exchange 2003 server and
everything's working perfectly so far. When i click on ne E-Mail i can
access all the addressbooks on my Mac and on the Exchange server. I
made a screenshot, but made my address book anonymous. The name of the
exchange account in my Entourage is "igepa-its" and Kontakte is german
for Contacts ;-)

Now my boss got a Mac too and i set it up with connection to our
Exchange too and so on. If i click on the "Address Book" button in the
main window, i can see his contacts, but the list seen in the
screenshot is empty. Any explanation for that? His address book is
synced with the local app "Address Book" for iPhone sync via iTunes
and thats the only difference.

We're both using Office:mac 2008 12.2.3
I'm on Tiger 10.4.11 and my boss is on Snow Leo 10.6.thenewestone

Are you sure he is looking at his Exchange Contacts list and not his
local Address Book under "On My Computer"?
