Exchange & BCM Support Time Frame & Registry Hacks

Ok, I have read the note on how BCM is not supported on Exchange, but I have
the following questions.

1. Is there a time frame when this will be supported by MS?

2. I have looked at the BCM to Exchange how to
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/bcm.htm and can't determine if I only need
to make this registry hack on my own personal computer, or do I need to do
both a registry hack and a change to the Exchange Server. If I have to make
a change to the Exchange server this is a non-starter.

3. Are there any other viable alternatives to BCM that has any type of real
integration in Outlook and works with Exchange. Yes, I have already tried
that Avidian product and I have not been impressed (so no comments from that
Avidian shill Tim) by either the product or the support behind the product.

The new version of BCM will support Exchange. This should be coming out in
the next few months.

For #2, you only need to make the reg hack on the local machine. Not the
Exchange Server.

Just to be clear,

When I look at their instructions, the registry change is in a sub folder of
SBS/clientsetup. Will this work the same without SBS and using Exchange
Server.

Thanks, I followed the instructions and it actually worked pretty easily,
and now I am using BCM and Exchange.
