Exchange Calendar Hovering

Hi Guys,
THanks for taking the time to read this post. When I hover over my Outlook
appointments I sometimes get information box with further information showing
the details of the event. However I sometimes do not get a hover box with
info... it is very random....
Any ideas or thoughts?

The user in question has not checked the option to "show calendar details in
grid" and you do not see their details. It also happens when you are
viewing a calendar where the person has set the reviewing option to None.
