Exchange calender will not sync with PPC

Hi guys, not been here for a while.
So Here`s the probelm my PDA will not sync from the calendar in exchange,
but will sync to it. contacts, notes sync both ways just fine.
So whats going on and how can i fix it .
IT`s BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY
