Greetings!
I am using the "Office 2008 Special Media Edition" of Entourage (version
12.1.2) on a MacBook Pro purchased within the last year. My question
relates to when I try to send a message using the Exchange server at my
institution.
For some reason, messages sent with HTML formatting through the Exchange
server do not display correctly on the recipients' email programs. Bold
portions are unbolded, italics are removed, links are turned into text, etc.
Has anyone seen this before? The messages are always set to HTML (Format ->
HTML is on when I compose the message.)
By the way, I'm not using "raw" HTML coding (a la imported from Dreamweaver,
etc.), just the built in "Use HTML" functionality of the Entourage program.
When I sent messages through other Entourage email accounts (MobileMe,
gMail, even my institution's IMAP interface), the HTML formatting is fine.
It's only through the Exchange account that this occurs.
Thanks for your help; peace, -- Michael ([email protected])
