Exchange improved code modules

Hi all,

while my code is used in several visio drawings/templates I
go on improving it.

Therefore I look for some code which enables to exchange
the code modules of an existing document with the modules
containing this improved code to avoid the manual
replacement which is time consuming and can easily lead to
faults.

Can anybody help?
