Exchange Mailbox Permissions

I have Outlook 2002 installed and one account is the
Exchange account. When trying to set permissions for other
users to access the folders I get a message that says "The
modified permissions could not be saved. The clent
operation failed". Could anyone tell me why this happens?

Also, on this one clent computer the permissions that are
set are:

Default
Administrator
User
NT User:NT Authority\System

Why is this NT User showing up? And why am I not able to
make any changes here?
