Exchange "not connected"

Hi,

I find myself having trouble with my Exchange account, that worked
fine untill a couple of days ago.
I use Exchange both on my iMac and on a MacBook. Using the MacBook on
a trip, exchange went "not connected" (after some hickups while
sending an email) even though I had not touched its account settings
and exchange had been working fine untill then. When I got home, I
noticed the iMac (that worked when I left) had the same problem.

Webaccess to the exchange account works fine, as does the mailapp on
my cellphone.

I tried emptying the cache, but folderproperties are greyed out on the
exchange folders.

When I create a new account using my previous settings, that doesn't
connect either.

Anyone got a clue?

What version of Exchange Server you are using? or if you tell us the OWA
URL..
