Exchange Office Windows to Office Mac

The company that I work for recently expanded their Office
contract to give each employee a new Office package to use
at home. However, being a Mac user, I would like to
exchange the Windows version of Office to a Mac version.
Does anyone know if Microsoft allows this?

I cannot give the package away because I signed a contract
with the company. I believe that this would have to be
done through Microsoft!

Any ideas??

Unfortunately, there's no exchange program that I know of. However, you
might find out whether your company's license agreement includes
MacOffice.
