Exchange/Outlook Email Error Message

I recently started getting the message: "The TCP/IP
Adapter was unexpectedly terminated by your mail server.
If this problem persists, contact your LAN Administrator
or Internet Provider.

This never used to happen. Any ideas what could have
changed?

Un, did you contact your Exchange/LAN admin?

the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.
