Feedback from Exchange user

Originally posted this problem:
I have this very strange behavior in Entourage. Some e-mails do not appear in
my inbox in Entourage. If I open the same Exchange mailbox in Outlook or
Outlook Web Access these mails are there. I have even tried to forward those
mails from OWA to my personal email address and then forward them back to my
Exchange address. Result: same, mails show up in Outlook and OWA but not in
Entourage. I cannot see anything strange in the emails.

We use Entourage 2008 and Exchange Server 2007.

Problem has been solved! How?
Yesterday I participated in Microsofts beta program for "Entourage EWS".
Today I installed this beta version of Entourage, which connects to Exchange
using Exchange Webservices instead of WEBDAV, and I finally have access to
all my mails. Finally Entourage is getting closer to Outlook.

What you describe probably means that there is a bu on Exchange
preventing the messages to properly show up through WebDAV :-\

I knew about one related to the foramtting of messages created on the
server through ActiveSync (eg; iPhone). Would that be the case for you??

If anything, the EWS beta has a few bugs (that's why it's called a beta
;-) ) but overall, it's a fairly solid version.
