Exchange Profile and UserName (check name for account) Not Resolvi

We have had intermittent problems with an Outlook profile on a few machines
not working that started last Friday. These are windows 2000 machines
running a Novell client. The partner stated last Friday that after they
rebooted they were unable to get into their "TACCOUNT" resource. They have
been using this account on these machines for well over a year.

The only change that was pushed Friday was a novell client setting of UTF8
because files in windows explorer on the network in certain directories were
not showing up. This change caused several other problems, but these two
machines no matter if we went and reconfigured them, the UserName would not
resolve. Nothing in AD changed with that account at all. We rebooted the
machine several times over the weekend to no avail. We then shut down the
machine totally Monday and then they could once again get into their account,
with no other changes. Now Wednesday, they were working fine this morning
and then couldn't get back into their account after a reboot. If the username
does not resolve, but resolves on other machines, nothing in the event
viewer, what could this indicate on the machine? We tried other UserNames on
those machines and they also do not resolve.

Any ideas??
