Exchange Public Folders - Notes

I'm using Entourage 2008 and Exchange 2003, we have a notes public folder, I
can see it on the public folder list, but when you click on it, it does not
show the notes that are there. Our calendar public folders do show up with
the contents like they should.
Is it true that Entourage does not support notes in public folders?

Entourage only supports mail, calendars and address books in public
folders. It does not support Notes.
