I keep hearing that there is a new version of Mac Office coming out that will run on OS X and have full native support for Exchange Public folder use in outlook...Any word on this?

don't count it... we were told the same thing with the last update and
it was a joke.
Mail in Panther has better support for Exchange server... which is
sad.

someday they'll throw us the scraps... my recommendation now is DON'T
UPGRADE until they get their act together and give us FULL Exchange
support like we had in Classic Outlook.

Interesting perspective. Can you elaborate on what specific features in
Mail.app's Exchange support are better than Entourage's?

I actually wouldn't doubt the claim is true, MS's support for their own
servers on Mac's is horrid.

As far as I know, Microsoft publishes no server software at all for the Mac.
Can you clarify?

I meant Entourage playing nice with Exchange Server...Try it, you can get
and send mail, but that's about it. Public folders are just email folders in
that situation, that's why I started this thread.
