First, try entering just the public folder server without "/public".
Most servers should support just the server name itself.

Also, verify that you do indeed have the correct server. Log in to your
account with Outlook for Windows and hold the Control key as you also
right-click the Outlook icon in the System Tray near the clock. Select
Server Status from the contextual menu.

Finally, if you're connecting from within the same company network as
your server then you probably don't need SSL enabled.

Hope this helps!

Hi Bill
Thanks for your answer. I still cannot see any folders. I have tried the two ways of log in, given the information and through the Kerberos. Does not work. If I erase the password it does not give me an error message which make me think that some how entourage is not trying to log in or the traffice is blocked. When connecting from outside the network we are using RSA authentification and I read this feature is not suported but this should not influence the behavior inside the network or does it?
Thanks again for your help

Entourage can only connect to basic or forms-based OWA sites.

Basic will appear as a simple request for your user name and password
(two fields). Forms-based will appear as a clearly identified Outlook
Web Access webpage.

If you have any sort of additional authentication, such as RSA
authentication, between you and OWA then Entourage will not work.

Hope this helps!
