Well, umm, lets start with the basics:

Version of Outlook?
Connecting to an Exchange server on your local network or over the internet?
What does your help desk say?
Has it ever worked?

i have outlook 2007. For first time i can connect when i create the acount
from local network or internet (vpn). but later on nothing. i cannot
connect again. if i erace the acount and create again i can connect again,
but if i try to reconnect nothing

Ok, so even when you're on your own corporate network, you can't connect to
the Exchange server, which I'm going to assume is in-house.

Have you talked to your IT guy to see what might be happening? What happens
if you plug into a different network tap? Are you the only person using
Outlook 2007? Does anyone else have problems? Are you able to ping the
server?

Let's say you reboot your computer and log on. You start Outlook. What
precisely happens?
