Exchange server is unavailable error message

HELP!!! I have a workstation in dmz, and the exchange server is inside the
network. When I try to run Microsoft Office Outlook on the workstation, I am
getting the following error message: "Your Microsoft Exchange Server is
unavailable. I can ping the mail server ip addr, and I can map the
mailserver drive on the workstation. But I don't see the mail server listed
when did the outlook /rpcdiag. What ports do I miss on the firewall? Any
suggestion is appreciated.
I have the following ports open:
tcp&udp 53, 135, 389, 88,
tcp 25, 445, 3268, 3269, 80, 443, 465
