exchange server public folders

Hello, I just added two new users to our Microsoft 03 server, I've installed
outlook 03 on both copmuters and we are using exchange server 03. I've added
the exchange server to the e-mail accounts on both computers. The problem I'm
having is when I try to view the public files on the exchange sever they
don't show up.

Are you using folder list view (Ctrl+6)? If yes, does the top level (All
Public Folders) show up? If not, are you using custom permissions on the
public folder tree?
