I've searched a bunch on Exchange server-side rules for permanent delete, and I
know that it isn't specifically possible. Is there a work-around?
Redirecting mail keeps a copy.
Forwarding mail keeps a copy.
Deleting mail keeps it in the deleted items until emptied by Outlook.
Considering all the spam that goes around anymore, I find it hard to believe
that there aren't more people screaming for the ability to "auto-clean" a
mailbox. What do people do who are away for several weeks (or more) and get too
much mail to fit in their Exchange Quota?
TIA,
