Exchange Server unavailable.

Got 5 users on my network of 23, who now all of a sudden get a message saying
the exchange server is unavailable. It worked Friday but now it doesn't.
This all but eliminates a name resolution issue, as I've been able to ping
both FQDN and WINS names, and got a reply on both. I've done the /rpcdiag
switch and it is stuck on saying "Connecting". I get this with both O2k3
and O2k7 clients. After searching the forums I see this is a frequent
problem, but I haven't seen any solutions for this. Any idea's?

When putting in the IP address, it then says that it was unable to oepn my
default e-mail folders.
