Exchange Server Unavailable

Hi
I have a Small Business Server running Exchange 2000. When I try to connect a ME and NT machine to it I have this message come up say:
(Your Microsoft Exchange Sever is Unavailable) then I have the option to
(Retry), (Work Offline), (Help) if I Retry it does connect but then again the emails are not coming though and sending correctly. Do have windows 2000 and XP machines running fine on the Exchange Sever with no problems.

Hope some can show some light on this its a pain in the XXX

I think it has got to do with domain login problem.
Please check from that line.
