exchange,shairpoint, webhosting,project server to coexist on 1 ser

I have windows 2003 enterprise server running exchange 2003 and hosting a
website with IIS.
I am trying to get sharepoint and project 2003 server installed on this same
server. after installation the sharepoint and project server replace my
existing webpage and the exchange 2003 OWA cannot be accessed.
any suggestions on what I am doing wrong or what I have miss configured.

any help would be great or suggestions of how to change my configuration.
