Exchange sync error

Hi,
everytime I start Entourage I am getting a yellow triangle at the lower left corner. When I click there a log with several errors pop up in my screen. They are all basically the same and it states:

Error:
Could not synchronize record from Exchange server: Umich Exchange The specified value is invalid for property.

Explanation:

Does anyone have a clue on this one?

This is a known issue where Exchange fails to return contacts with a blank "File As" field. Please use Outlook or OWA to find such contact (or contacts) and change the "File As" to anything but blank.
