Exclude folders from search folders

Hi,

When you use "search folders" on an entire Exchange mailbox it
automatically exlcudes messages in the Drafts, Junk E-mail, and some
other folders. Most of these folders form the "default folders" created
when you install Outlook.

Is there a way to include other folders in this "don't ever search"
list? (either programmatically from a plug-in or script) or maually?
(preferably programmatically, preferably on the server).
