Excluding Pages from Site Search

I am using FP2003 and want to add a site search feature.
I know that the default FP Search form is not customizable
but is there a way to exclude some folders and its content
from appearing in the search form?

You can use hidden folders... create folder with an underbar such as:
_foldername and it will be excluded from the FP search engine.

If you are hosted on a Windows server, your host can create a catalog for
your site via index server, and restrict any files you don't want searched.
