Exclusive Access

I designed my database; however, now when I go in to the
forms to make a change, I get a message saying I cannot do
so because I do not have exclusive access. Therefore, my
changes will not be saved.

What did I do, and how can I undo this?

Are you trying to make changes while other users are in the db? In Access
2000 and greater, you cannot do this.
