Exclusive Category Selection

I am using categories to produce a custom view. The problem is Outlook 2003
does not select exlcusive categories eg: I have 2 similar categories:

"101"
"101 Caller"

When I request just the "101" category - I get the other included as well.

How can I make the selection more exclusive?
