exclussive access

When trying to build a form from a querie I get a message saying I don't have
exclussive accsess to the database. I'm the only one with this program
"Access 2007" in the office. Can anyone help.

Greeting Wayne,
You hopefully have resolved this if not, open access (not the database
itself) go to File, open when the diaologe box opens highlight your database,
then to the right of the open button is a drop down box that gives you the
option to open exclusively. Choose it and open. That should solve your
problem.
