Hi:
I apparently made a mistake by updating Outlook 2000. I have friends with
which I have routinely exchange exe attachments during the development of a
program. I can no longer find the security option in Outlook 2000 which
allows me to accept what MS calls "potentially unsafe attachments". I
checked the Outlook help file and it now states that certain attachments are
just plain blocked.
Outlook Express apparently still has a provision to allow such attachments.
Must I throw away Outlook and change to Outlook Express? Boy that sounds
dumb. If I remail the items with the attachments from Outlook and then
receive them in Outlook Express, will the attachments still be there? How do
I get at my attachments? Judging by the file size they are still there.
Thanks, John
