execute REGSVR32 on VISXDATA.DLL before continuing

When I open Visio (2002) and select "Database Model
Diagram", I receive the message:
"Close Visio and execute REGSVR32 on VISXDATA.DLL before
continuing.
When I execute the command rundll32 visxdata.dll,regsvr32
I receive the message "Error in visxdata.dll: missin entry
regsvr32"
What am I doing wrong?

Assuming Visio is installed in the default location, the command to
(re)register visxdata is as follows:

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Visio10\Dll>regsvr32 visxdata.dll
