Executive and Project Managers

Hi,

How can I say that the executive of a company department can open read/write
the projects of its Projects Managers, without using the RBS, because in the
others departements, the executives will not have this permission.

Bonjour Gerard --

First of all, make sure that the executive in question is a member of the
Executives group, then do the following:

1. Create a custom Group called CEO or something like that
2. Add the executive to this new group
3. Add the My Organization category to this group
4. Select the My Organization category and in the Permissions grid, set the
Open Project and Save Project permissions to Allow
5. Click the Save Changes button
