Exhange 2003 - multiple smtp addresses, only one option to send fr

Anyone found a solution for when using Outlook in conjunction with Exchange
2003 and the user has multiple smtp addresses and that user wants to select a
different FROM address versus their default one?

imap accounts used only for sending or create a contact in the ad and give
the user send as permission - he enters that address in the from field and
sends. there is also an addin that will let you use any of the smtp address.
