Existing Custom Menus and the Office Ribbon

Question - I have code that dynamically populates a Menu item on a custom
menu bar. The code was written under A2003. If I upgrade to A2007, will the
code work give the Infernal Ribbon of Anguish? or will I have to rewrite the
code due to the Ribbon of Death?
