Existing Items Converter (changeforms.exe)

I would like to know if it is possible to set default values for the
two lines in the "Existing Items Converter" (changeforms.exe). This is
needed because an automated data import always writes the data into
the standard contact form which then has to be converted into a
personally designed contact form.

AFAIK, no, but you would write your own script that would do that.
