Exiting Application

Morning Group!

Can anyone share with me the code to completely shut down Access upon
exiting the current application ?

But, when I use that the application closes but Access is still open. I want
to shut down Access totally..

That command shuts down access in all of my apps. I create a "Quit
function in a module, and call the function from a form. Usually from
a switchboard. Sorry, I can't tell you why it is not shutting down
your version.

You can also use the built in Exit Application command in the
Switchborad manager. ( Tools/Database Utilities/Switchboard Manager.)

I am using Access 2002 running the app in 2000 mode for the sake of mixed
users. In older versions I could totally exit, but can't seem to now.
Anyone?

That may be the difference. I am running Access2K.
