exiting outlook03: 'DDE ServerWindow:OUTLOOK.EXE.APPLICATIONERROR

hi, almost every time I exit outlook 2003, I get error message:

DDE Server Window:OUTLOOK.EXE.ApplicationError
The instruction at ''0X792a0722'' referenced memory at ''0Xffffffff'' The
memory could not be 'read'. click ok to terminate program.

have no idea as am not technically minded! so help!!?? thanks in advance.
