Expand a Compressed File - MS Office Picture Manager

Hope you can help answer this question. I recently compressed a picture
using Picture Manager and was wondering how do I get it back to the original
size? I did not save a copy of the original prior to compression. Will this
program expand the file back or do I have to use third party software? If
this software will do this, what are the steps to follow? Thanks!

It can't do done. When you compress a picture, information is removed.
There's no way to get that information back.
