Expand cells to wrapped text

Is there a way to make cells automatically grow vertically to show
wrapped text? Seems as though it should be a standard facility but
can find no reference to it in Help files.

Hi Jim,

From the Format menu choose Cells.

On the Alignment tab click the box "wrap text."

Hi

Lets say you want to merge A1 and A2. Format A1 with wrapping turned on
before you merge the cells. That seemed to work for me.

- it takes you to the next line in the same cell
- a bit like Shift/Return in Word which takes you to the next line in the
same para

Thanks for the lead. It does not seem to work however in cells which
have been merged. Is there any way around this?
