I want to create an email that has the contents of A1:N100 from an Excel
Worksheet pasted into it. However I want myself and the recipient to be able
to collapse and expand the Excel contents so that it goes from just 1 row or
no rows being visible to all 100 rows being visible when it gets clicked. Is
this possible and if so could you explain to me how I can do it?

I don't think that's possible.
