We're almost in the year 2010, we have seen many versions of Operating
Systems and many versions of Office with lots and lots of new features...
But the e-mail merge option in Word and Excel for example is still exactly
the same as many previous versions, yet a lot of people use this function.
But the functionality is very limited, for example no CC or BCC field, no
"send on behalf of", subject field should also be expanded with variables,
and so on...
Why has this function not been expanded in new releases?
I also believe it can't be that big of a challenge, if you see what things
they can do...
Kind Regards,
Koen
