Expanding and collapsing folder lists all at once

Is there a way of expanding or collapsing the whole folder structure in the
folder list without clicking each individual plus or minus sign next to the
folders? If yes, how can it be done in Windows Explorer as well?

Right click on one of the groupings and choose "Collapse All"

But that's not in the Folder List (Navigation Pane). Groupings are in the
header list.
