expanding Dist. Lists before seending

Hi

I'd like to know how to expand a distribution list before sending a message

For example, when I want to forward a message to a distribution list, I type in the list name and it resolves OK
Then I want to be able to expand the list in the address bar, so I can remove one of the names before sending

This is so that I don't forward the message to the person that originally sent me the email, by taking them out of the list temporarily before sending

Any ideas?

What version of Outlook are you using? Outlook 2003 allows you to do this.
