Expanding text box to fit memo field

Hi there

My form incorporates a text box linked to a memo field for recording and displaying notes. I would like the box to expand to show the whole memo where necessary. I can do this with a text box in a report, but the "Can grow" property doesn't seem to do the same thing on the form.

Am I getting the wrong end of the stick? Is it possible to do what I want? If it is, how?
