Hi,
Sorry if this is a bit of a dumb question but its been a while since using Project and now I've got project 2010 some thing that used to work no longer..
Anyway simple example;
I have a 1 day (8hrs) task duration and I have 1 resource who can work 8 hours a day but I've set is availability using the units to 75%. When I assign the unit to the task the duration of the job doesn't increase as expected and when I look in the task details the resources work is 6hrs (which is what I would expect|).
I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong so some help on this would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Martin
