Expense and Report

Hi,

I am currently working for a consulting firm, and try to setup project
server, just wondering:
1. is it able to record the travel expense for each resource, such as
airfare, cell, etc
2. is it possible that web user can submit expense through browser
3. how to generate report for a period, such as all spending in January or
send half of 2004.
